Trying to quit smoking? Electronic cigarette helps

However much you hear about the harmful effects of smoking, when you even start thinking of quitting it, you get the jitters. After all, it has been your partner for years. When there was tension in the office, you took a puff. When there was tension at home, you grabbed a cigarette. Even when there was no reason to be stressed, you smoked just to enjoy being stress-free! If quitting is not the option for you, then shifting is definitely one. Electronic cigarette seems a very useful option in this matter.
Knowing quite a few people who have tried to quit tobacco cigarette has given me the perception that those who are addicted to it would rather continue having it than quit.
The deal with electronic cigarettes is that you can regulate the nicotine content in the cigarette. Most of the brands give you this option. Ranging from zero nicotine, the concentration goes up to 36 mg/ml. But you won’t surely aim for the highest here. It’s not always best aiming for the highest goal, not at least here.
It might sound weird, but actually the “smoke” or the vapor of these cigarettes contains a 90% of water vapor. How it is possible, you might as well ask me. This is because the nicotine of the cigarette is dissolved in water. So, the nicotine gets diluted and gives you less opportunity to harm yourself. Also the vapor coming out, being mostly of evaporated water, does not harm the passive smokers.
They say ‘quitters don’t win’. And then, this is not applicable everywhere. Even if you can’t quit, at least you can keep it safe, right?
