Quitters are Gainers

The tortoise could have quit when it knew it had to race with the rabbit. But it did not, and it won. But is that the case in every aspect of life? Can’t be.
Smoking is one habit that needs to be abandoned. Or, should I say, kicked off? Smoking never did anyone any good. Especially tobacco never did for sure. Cancer of mouth, esophagus etc. is very common with tobacco smokers. And the people around them, who are constantly exposed to the smoke, find it difficult to lead a healthy life.

It’s easier said than done, with smoking as well. you need a proper substitution for a few initial days to keep your mind diverted as well as your body adjusted with the intake of tobacco. Electronic cigarettes do this job with care. The nicotine of these cigarettes is dissolved in water. So, when you take a puff, you do not inhale direct nicotine as with tobacco cigarettes. The dilution of the nicotine does not hamper the kick desired from cigarettes, but it ensures that you do not make yourself vulnerable to cancer-causing ingredients.

And what about passive sufferers? Well, even they are saved. The vapor coming out as “smoke” contains a 90% of water vapor, along with the flavor you choose for your cigarette. So, it’s not just you but almost the whole community saved by your one healthy effort.
